Looking Back: I would like to congratulate State Senator Perry E. Thurston, Jr. and State Representative Michael Gottlieb on their recent appointments as Chair and Vice Chair of the 2021 Broward Legislative Delegation. Since 1972, the Delegation has served as a communication resource between the federal, state, local governments and Broward County’s residents to facilitate the legislative process. On behalf of my Broward League of Cities’ colleagues, I look forward to working collaboratively with Delegation to make the upcoming legislative session a productive one.
