Looking ahead: Thanksgiving is a time to reflect and take stock of all we are grateful for. As elected officials we are thankful for the opportunity to hold public office and lead our great cities. We are thankful for our police, fire and public safety professionals, who serve and protect, our city employees, who work daily to meet the needs of our residents and our teachers, business owners, service organizations and non-profits, who make each of our cities diverse and unique. We thank our residents for their engagement in our cities, making Broward a great place to live, work and visit. Read
