Looking Back: Last week, I had the incredible privilege of attending Government & Education Day for Leadership Broward. The event included many wonderful opportunities to meet, interact and embrace the future leaders of Broward County. We discussed my journey as a Parkland City Commissioner and how local government impacts our everyday lives. I shared details on what it takes to unite 31 cities as President of Broward League of Cities, emphasizing the importance of future leaders continuing to make positive changes in their communities. It was an inspiring experience that truly affirmed my belief in their potential to make a difference!
