Looking Ahead: What is sitting at the top of your new year’s resolution list? For me my resolution is to build upon the progress and achievements of 2022 while embracing efforts to make a positive impact in our ONE Broward community for 2023. The League’s Solid Waste Working Group continues to work towards a sustainable solid waste and recycling solution that benefits our 31cities. Public safety needs in our communities and schools headline the resolution list too. As always, I look forward to collaborating with our mayors and commissioners throughout Broward County on these projects and many more in the new year.
