Looking Ahead: On behalf of the Broward League of Cities, I would like to congratulate Vice Mayor Dave V.C. Holness and Commissioner Steve Geller on their recent appointment as Mayor and Vice Mayor of the Broward County Commission. Mayor Holness and Vice Mayor Gellar each hold several decades of experience and display extraordinary commitment to the citizens of Broward County. Mayor Holness’ focus on poverty, economic growth, and healthcare access are key issues in our community. The League and its members look forward to working together to foster county-wide growth that benefits all residents as one united Broward in 2020.
