Looking Ahead: The 2020 Legislative Session begins January 14th and we look forward to working with our Broward Legislative Delegation on issues of importance to our cities and Broward County. With so many diverse legislative challenges, it is vital that residents and business leaders remain educated on the issues and that we maintain open dialogue and communicate with our elected officials. The Broward League of Cities will focus on local control for local decisions and for legislative and regulatory authority to remain with local officials. 2020 will be an important year, and together as One United Broward we will be successful.
