Looking Ahead: Happy Mother’s Day! This week will be my last week serving as the 2021-2022 President of the Broward League of Cities. Together, we have energized our community and defended home rule. As ONE Broward, we collaborated on the processing of solid waste and recycling, enhanced car-free mobility options, and improved our utility and infrastructure systems county-wide. Thank you for being part of our ONE Broward community. It has truly been an honor to serve in this leadership role and I look forward to the continued work the League will do to support our 31 cities that make up ONE Broward.
