Looking ahead: In light of recent incidents, it is important that we recognize the commitment and dedication of our first responders. These highly trained law enforcement officers, firefighters, medical professionals and emergency management professionals are responsible for responding to crisis situations that are often horrific and emotionally and physically challenging. They are on the front lines 24/7, 365 days a year, saving lives and keeping us safe. Please take time to thank them for their service and dedication.
