Last week: National Blood Donor Month has been observed in January since 1970, and this is a good time for all of us to donate blood. Having a healthy and reliable blood supply available if you, a family member or a neighbor needs it is so important. Winter is one of the most difficult times of the year to collect enough blood products to meet patient needs. Find a location in your city to donate.
