Looking Ahead: This week Broward County Vice Mayor Michael Udine will be sworn in as the next Mayor of Broward County. Elected to the Broward County Commission in 2016 after serving as Mayor and a City Commissioner in Parkland, Michael has dedicated nearly two decades of his life to serving our community. I know he will serve us well as Mayor and I look forward to collaborating with him. I also want to thank outgoing Mayor Steve Geller. This past year certainly presented new challenges and I am proud of the leadership he exhibited to face them head on.
