Looking Ahead: Tomorrow we will celebrate Presidents’ Day. In 1885, the day was initially established in recognition of President George Washington. Then in 1971, as part of the Uniform Monday Holiday Act,it was moved to the third Monday in February to create more three-day weekends for workers across the nation. Traditionally celebrated with cherry pie, it is a federal holiday to honor Presidents past and present and I hope all of you enjoy the day.
