Looking Back: Last week, Broward Municipal elected officials represented our cities in Tallahassee for Broward Days 2020. This annual event provides a unique opportunity to talk to legislators about issues impacting our communities and residents. Topics on this year’s agenda ranged from infrastructure and development, rising seas and solid waste disposal, to education and public safety, among others. As always, the Broward League of Cities remains committed to protecting home rule. We are grateful for the opportunity to share Broward’s voice in Tallahassee and thank all who participated in this important event.
