Looking Ahead: On Veterans Day we honor the men and women who have served our country and the sacrifices they have made to protect our freedoms. Florida is home to 20 active duty military installations and training ranges, and Broward County is fortunate to have military persons from all service branches call our county home. At great personal costs, our veterans have jeopardized their safety and security to ensure that we all enjoy the rights and privileges of this great country. Please take the time to thank our veterans, not just today, but every day, as we should always recognize their service.
