Looking ahead: The Broward League of Cities and the Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization will host its first Mayors’/Elected Officials’ Transportation Roundtable on Wednesday, April 18. The roundtable will offer a unique forum for mayors and elected officials to tackle our region’s transportation and related economic and land development issues, which ultimately affect the quality of life for the residents and businesses in Broward County and its 31 municipalities. Members of Broward business organizations have been invited to attend. Participants will have an opportunity to help develop a shared vision for the MPO’s Metropolitan Transportation Plan, currently under development. Read
