Sun Sentinel 100 April 19, 2015 – If we think that funding transportation infrastructure will reduce traffic congestion on our roads, we need to think again. Until we get out of our cars and start using alternative means of transportation, building new roads will just allow more and more cars that will continue to clog our highways. As we work to secure federal funding to build new roads, we also need to be working on creating a public transportation system that is practical and efficient to be attractive to all motorists.
