WHAT:     Dialogue on Medical Marijuana – Senator Jeff Clemens, who introduced the bill in the Florida Legislature: “This open dialogue will help us prepare for the legislative and business framework that will be needed to ensure an orderly implementation should Amendment 2 pass in November.”

WHY:       On November 4th, Florida will decide if medical marijuana should be legal. Amendment 2 is on the ballot as an initiated constitutional amendment that will allow “the medical use of marijuana for individuals with debilitating diseases as determined by a licensed Florida physician.”
